Manuel Francis Nascimento or ‘Manskee’, is an indie composer/producer/musician and motoring journalist based in Agoo, La Union. Manskee’s musical style is described as “Filipino surfer music”, as he is one of the few Filipino artists originating from the La Union surf community.
